Email Client Server Settings

Incoming Server (POP3): mail.node1.com.au
SSL/TLS Port: 995

Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.node1.com.au (authentication required)
SSL/TLS Port: 465

IMAP Server (IMAP): mail.node1.com.au
SSL/TLS IMAP Port: 993

Your username is your full email address. Example: " username@node1.com.au "

Mail Relay & Smart Host Server Settings

For Microsoft 365 or Office 365 Hosted Emails please see " Using SMTP with Microsoft 365 "

Using mail.node1.com.au as a mail relay or smart host requires a SPF record and whitelisting.

SMTP Server: mail.node1.com.au (No Authentication)
Domain SPF Record:  v=spf1 a mx include:node1.com.au ~all
Once a SPF record has been updated please  contact support  to apply for whitelisting.

If your SPF record is currently:
v=spf1 a mx include:examplecompany.com ~all
Please update your record to
v=spf1 a mx include:examplecompany.com include:node1.com.au ~all

If you can not get your email client to send or receive, feel free to contact us or use the NodeOne Internet Webmail Client.
