 Business Offers – Business Fibre Enterprise

The Offers

1.      Eligible business customers will receive the following discounts from the list price when ordering a NodeOne Business Fibre Enterprise Ethernet (powered by nbn Enterprise Ethernet) service:

(a)    $500 credit for 100/100Mbps and 250/250 Mbps speed tiers; or

(b)    $1,000 credit for 500/500 Mbps and 1000/1000 Mbps speed tiers (Primary Service).

2.      Where eligible business customers bundle the Primary Service with a Fixed Wireless service (30MB, 60MB or 120MB and above) they will receive the following discounts from the list price:

(a)    $250 credit for a 30MB and 60MB Fixed Wireless service; or

(b)    $500 credit for a 120 MB or above Fixed Wireless service (Secondary Service).

(collectively, the Offers)

3.      The applicable credit(s) is applied to the first invoice for:

(a)    the eligible Primary Service once activated; or

(b)    the eligible Primary and Secondary Services once activated.

4.      These Offers are available from 1 July 2022 until 30 September 2022 or otherwise until NodeOne withdraws the Offers at any time without notice.

5.      By applying for an Offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to the service(s) available at  https://information.nodeone.com.au/  and these Terms and Conditions. NodeOne may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Eligibility

6.      To be eligible for these Offers, the services which are set out in the Service Order must:

(a)    be submitted to and accepted by NodeOne on or before 30 September 2022;

(b)    be for premises at which nbn is not already supplying any nbn Enterprise Ethernet product (Primary Service only); and

(c)     not within 3 months of connection be disconnected or modified resulting in a lower bandwidth for a service.

7.      NodeOne may accept or reject a Service Order in its absolute discretion.

How the Offers work

8.      These Offers are not transferrable; cannot be used with any other special offer or promotion; and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9.      These Offers are available to business customers who:

(a)    order a Primary Service;

(b)    order a Primary and Secondary Service;

(c)     meet the eligibility requirements set out a section 6 above.

10.    Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, submitting a Service Order(s) and having the service(s) connected, the applicable credit will be applied to your first invoice(s).

11.    These Offers are not available in all regions.

12.    All prices include GST.
